Hotel rooms (double occupancy) are provided by Kappa Kappa Psi for Monday afternoon through Thursday morning.

Travel expenses and some meal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

The Intercollegiate Jazz Band is a Program of Kappa Kappa Psi and is funded by the Kappa Kappa Psi Board of Trustees and donors.

The operation and organization of the band is managed by:
